LAUREN GARCIA

Dance Instructor

Lauren is an Albuquerque, New Mexico native and moved to Burleson, Texas in July of 2023. Lauren is a wife and a mom to three kids, (11, 9 & 5) and loves the ways in which being a parent has helped to grow her skills and effectiveness as a dance instructor.

Lauren trained at one of the premier studios in Albuquerque known for both their annual  original theatrical productions as well as their success competing at a high level both regionally and nationally.  Lauren’s training was focused on both artistry and technique as well as performance quality in two very different formats. Lauren trained in jazz, ballet, lyrical, tap and hip hop throughout her years at her home studio. Lyrical however, became her passion and outlet throughout her teen years and is what solidified her passion for dance.

In 2021, Lauren re-entered the dance world when her oldest daughter expressed an interest in dance. Lauren began working as an instructor at Dimensions School of Dance and was instantly reminded of all the reasons in which she fell in love with dance.
Her favorite part of being an instructor is sharing her love of the art, watching her students work hard, helping students find an outlet for self expression and become more confident humans as they navigate growing up.
One of the hardest parts of relocating to Texas was leaving her instructor role at Dimensions School of Dance. Lauren is so excited to get back into the studio and be a part of Infinity Dance this season!
